Along with manmade climate change and carbon emission law BS, affirmative action (you have to hire him bc he's black, gay, woman, Asian, etc.) is not some Oy Vey Goyim Jewish conspiracy, it's the practice of big businesses. Let me explain:

Big businesses don't have the ability to buy up the entire market and run a monopoly thanks to the Sherman Anti Trust act.

Ok no monopolies so what to do now? Run other businesses out of a job.

How? Through regulations. Pay the politicians to enact regulations to restrict business. The politicians in turn gain support from people in favor of doing it "for the women, gays, blacks, environment."

The politicians run away with bags of businessmen money. The businessmen money is coming from the absence of large scale competition, like this iPhone I am typing on. In the end, we work our lives to benefit these select few companies in hopes of being able to provide for a woman and her spawn while never truly owning our own destinies.
