Last time I heard, the USA is worth about 60 trillion lock, stock, and barrel.

The guy on NPR said the unfunded lIabilities for the USA are 100 trillion.

Naaah nigga, give that bike back. Society changes ALL THE TIME. It's just that you may not like the way it's headed, but it IS changing all the time.

Also if there's something you don't like (any of you, guys), remember, you can ALWAYS move away. It's within your power, it's your decision, your option. Not saying it's going to be easy or cheap, but ultimately, it's up to you. Think about it, you can move NOW and leave everything behind, simply move, get up out of that chair, open the door, move out, close the door behind you (or not) and simply walk away.

It is your expectations and lifestyle that is keeping you rooted, not anything else. (Most of) YOU. ARE. FREE.

I've always debated the fact of moving somewhere secluded and living off the land. No power, electricity, or human contact. Just live out my days until I die from being eaten by a bear or something.

It's a scary thought in reality, of society getting to a point where that would be needed, but I do believe it will happen.

As of "when" it will happen, I'm torn whether believing sooner or later is better. On one hand, it being sooner would be nice so civilization would reset quicker. I wouldn't expect it to be done and reset in my lifetime, but as for my family and their lineage I wouldn't wish an apocalypse of any sorts on them, especially a long one.

Bottom line, civilizations fall. There have been many other mighty cities and cultures that disappeared from earth. It's foolish to think ours won't do the same.
