This subreddit is a place for stand-up comedy videos, news, and discussion.

Submission Guidelines:

Videos, articles, and discussions are allowed. Official sources preferred (Youtube & Vimeo). Original content is acceptable.
Standup Comedy = Telling jokes to a live audience. "Funny" Vines, Youtubers, pranks, skits, etc. are not standup, and will be removed.
No images (abused by spambots). No audio-only podcasts (too many). No "Who did this bit?" posts (use google). No "What do you think of this bit?" text-posts (go to an open mic).
Submissions featuring the following comics are considered low-effort: Louis CK, Bill Burr, Doug Stanhope, Norm MacDonald, Dave Chappelle, Mitch Hedberg, George Carlin, Bill Hicks & Patrice O'Neal. To prevent circle-jerking and karmawhoring, low-effort submissions are removed when they hit #1.
