Before the "this is crazy" and the arguments over whether or not calling them fascist is going to far and butthurt and such, I am going to use the Merriam Webster Dictionary, also know as the Master Dictionary Race.

Here is the definition:

1. a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

2. a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control

This would be a movement/philosophy of the political variation

that exalts nation and often race above the individual

This is up to you, but I don't think its to crazy to put a gender in there

and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader.

Dictator is more or less possible, depending on how much control they give their proposed executive branch. As for being Autocratic it is entirely possible that said dictator could be given all the powers, even then one could argue that you just need to make sure that power is kept by a few people ideologically similar, and you have, what amounts to, the same thing.

Regimentation via regulation is extremely possible, and the social regimenation is obvious.

Well, this is fairly obvious

a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control

Dictatorial allows essentially for a group to have that power, then again, who has the power is mostly irrelevant prior to the ideology being in power.
