You can't be purposefully ignorant. Obviously this is a joke staged around pick-up-artists. And the punchline is that communist rhetoric is the best pick up technique around. The kid doesn't dismantle the artist; rather, he is praised for some true understanding of the pick up techniques.

The practical situation of flirting and talking about communism isn't really the issue. To me, it's the staging of the joke through pick-up-artist technique. Like, if anything I do gets praised by a disgusting person like this "teacher," I would be sorely disappointed in myself. In terms of the comic, it confirms the truth and utility of communist rhetoric by being praised as a great pick-up technique. I want nothing to do with this shitty world where awful harassers are teachers, and where they dole out A+s.
