He's turned 16 in August, give him some time. He'll make his U23 debut soon and we'll see from there

Apples and oranges. Ben Woodburn wouldn´t have 1 bench appearance for United if he was a United youngster. Liverpool have a small squad so they have to field young players more, meanwhile United have the biggest squad in the league.

Ability wise he's probably ready but physically not, needs to bulk up and hit the gym, maybe when he's 17 he'll be physically ready.
