MGTOW is a philosophy, not a movement.

It just means that we don't need a woman to make us happy. We're responsible for our own happiness by taking up hobbies and activities we enjoy.

Sorry to hear you need someone to make yourself happy, and that you, in turn, are responsible for making your girlfriend happy.

While you're busy "compromising" your schedule to do whatever she wants, we're going to do whatever the hell we want to with out a girlfriend/wife giving her approval.

But hey, you've got a girlfriend. Someone you can spend a lot of time, energy, and money on to make you feel special (cause you can't feel special with out her approval) And one day, you'll find "the one" and get married. That will be a great day, never mind that 3 out of 4 marriages end up in divorce, and should that ever happen you'll lose half of everything you own. You might even have your wages garnished after the divorce for alimony. And if you have kids, then they'll be held hostage until you pay child support, which goes unaudited.

But don't worry. You're dating a unicorn. She's totally not like that, and totally won't cheat on you. So what if you're not allowed to have female friends, but she can have all the male friends she wants. She'll never cheat on you with the hundreds of guys that are just waiting to pounce. You're special, and it's not like you can be replaced just as easily as a left or right swipe of an app.
