Socialist claim workers are treated as second class citizens. Anyone could claim they are treated as second class citizens. Thirdly, your point starts with claiming that the ( I assume Israeli palestinians) Israeli Palestinians are treated as second class citizens in practice, but end your point with writing about settlements. Those are two different things. Finally, it's very collectivist of you to claim that a group have a collective right to a certain land. Espacially when they are (both in practice and de jure) not a country and without clearly defined borders. According to UN resolutions the Palestinians have a right to a country within the so called 'Palestinian territories'. But that country can only exist after they have resolved the dispute with Israel and they have recognised, clearly defined borders.
