Sorry if this is OT, but I just wanted to say thanks for letting me feel accepted and at home here. I tried posting something similar to what I previously posted here on another United forum (utdforum), and was mocked and teased for my disability, it was very disheartening, and its a relief that people here are so accepting. It makes me proud to be a Red Devil, and all the more eager to pass on that same kindness to others who may not feel accepted.

Well, I use a combination of text-to-speech and magnifying software, and things like Voiceover read aloud what key I'm typing, so it makes it a bit easier, and after a while you remember where the keys are so it isn't as important to be able to see them.

There was this post ages ago done by a blind redditor explaining how he uses Reddit. Its a combination of I think braille keyboard, using keyboard shortcuts to get around the site, and having a programme which reads comments as he highlights them when scrolling down.
