Playing 10 men made the game more difficult though, they were massively more compact and we struggled to get through that... if they had 11 men still we could've played the game more fluidly as they also wouldn't be wasting as much time.

Saying all this though, it was disgusting, and we should have boxed it offint he first 20 mins, typical.

Totally agree. I hated when he got sent off because I knew they were going to play even more defensive. It's not really an advantage when a team who parks the bus gets a player sent off.

Everyone talks about how we could be sitting comfortably in 2nd if we finished our chances. It's just the finishing, they said. Reality is top teams miss chances all the time. They just create more and therefore score more and win more.

Only Spurs and Liverpool have created more chances than us this season and looking at the other teams, it's a marginal difference anyway, which shows that our poor form in front of goal, massively has affected our position.

God I never even considered that you have to come here after a loss. I haven't been on this sub since full time went, no chance I was coming here after that game. Having to be here and read some of the shit that gets posted after a bad result would just make it worse for me. Don't know how you do it.

i'm quite fine, this draw didn't hit me as hard as the others, we're still in two cups, going 2nd or 6th imo is the same.

it's a mean to an end, getting champions league , and getting champions league football through winning the europe league is more exciting in my book then getting 4th place.

we played good football especially in the first half, we missed a lot of chances again, but i feel a fresh breath of air, and i preffer to enjoy a game and lose/draw then yawn like last season after we win, i'm also truly excited for the europe league game and the chelsea fa cup game.

hope it made you feel a bit better, it wasn't an "end of the world" game, just another game in a season we won't be winning anyway, so better focus on the important games.

People should stop whinging about our defence, and in particular centre backs. People talking about challenging for the CL before we challenge for the PL. What?

We also have a good defensive record, plenty of clean sheets this year and we have only conceded more than 1 goal in a game 3 times this season. (City, Watford, Chelsea).

It's our goalscoring that's at fault, not our defence.

Our home crowd needs to get behind the team more. There was so much moaning when our players made any type of mistake and it really created a toxic environment instead of the players feeling supported and inspired.

Stop with that abused spouse talk. Man up and realise if we do end up making top 4 it definitely will be deserved. The table doesn't lie at the end of the season. Yes we've fucked up chances but there's still a lot of points to be won. Liverpool and Arsenal m have had disaster results too, are you saying they deserve top 4 over us? It sounds ridiculous.
