The recent threads demonstrating the active censorship and exclusion that goes on with major popular subreddits is alarming and disgusting. The lack of open and honest discourse and the creation of mere "echo chambers" on each sub will ultimately, if allowed to continue, make these sites less and less useful.

The particular post that was censored above can be found at the archive.is site only because someone intentionally archived it, or it was automatically archived by a sub like ours (great idea!).

What other sites fight this trend? What more can be done to eliminate the smothering of free and open discourse of topics?
