Prostitution illegal? That is like selling sand bags near the flood zone for $100 each while at the same time killing any male who attempts to make his own sand bags out of his own bags and using sand that would otherwise be untouched. It's a law that is aimed at forcing men to marry. Not all women are meant for marriage as not all men are meant for marriage. I don't think there is a single law on the planet that pisses me off more than prostitution laws.

I agree brother. I also can't understand how nicotine and alcohol are legal and weed is a class 1 drug. I mean I know it's all about the money but fuck it man.

Devil's advocate here. While it's true that we live in a female oriented society, you cannot ignore the power of the religious right. Quite a few social conservatives view legalization of prostitution as a "breakdown" of family values. This is why more conservative states will usually have more strict anti-prostitution laws.

ABSOLUTELY. Christian values keep the economy going. Get married at 22, buy a house at 25, kids, boats, taxes.... But if I could get a handjob once a week for 50 bucks I might not engage that. Down the rabbit hole we go.

It's a tie...making it illegal for me to grow plants for my personal use, is one that pisses me off too
