I am wondering, what is it with the new game, that I am supposed to like? Presumably, someone would have a few reasons to list.

I think Mass Effect will be a failed game, the way I see it. The whole concept is sort of based on the game being founded on an epic story, though I can't help but think that if the underlying game mechanics aren't up to par with what one would expect of an adventure game with a sci-fi twist, then the game won't be epic. Then, what game would I be playing?
