White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has somewhat become the comedy mascot of the Trump administration.
He constantly makes errors on Twitter, doesn’t know The Onion is fake, gets into bizarre feuds with ice cream companies, is mercilessly mocked and trolled, and of course, gets expertly owned by Melissa McCarthy.
But it turns out he has prior experience of being a silly character in Capitol Hill.
Animator Robert Schooley has unearthed this 2008 interview which reveals Spicer used to play the Easter Bunny at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll.

One little part of his Q and A really stands out to us.
I can’t see too much, and the bunny does not talk.
If only he was still forbidden from opening his mouth...
