striker options in the summer (self.reddevils)

we've now had 4 games with 20+ shots where we haven't won. ibra isn't getting any younger and i'm not sure rashford is mature enough to take on the goal-scoring burden immediately. that said, which realistic striker signing would you go for in the summer that would reduce all these wasted chances and improve our FINISHING?

I'm going to watch a 2012/13 RVP video and just cry.

If he had him in this team, we would be 1st or 2nd right now. A true world class striker was the flying dutchman

As for your question OP, Kane would be my choice, but why would he leave a team what is about to finish above us for 2nd season in a row?

Can't lie, I never really watch Lukaku this season. Has his finishing been good? or does he need 100 chances to score a goal?

Greizmann should be top priority. Otherwise we need to get Harry kane or Lukaku

While we ar floundering like we are, Griezmann won't join.

Kane might but he has started to fire again at Spurs.

Lukaku might be a good shout though. I know he liked Lukaku when he joined Chelsea so it isn't as far fetched as it seemed. he just wasn't ready at the time.

Luckily for us ATM are in 5th and may not even qualify for the CL. IF we qualify for the CL and are willing to pay his release clause I don't see him turning us down

IMO we need a goalscoring 10 or second striker not a 9. Now admittedly Griezmann isn't a 10 but he works hard defensively and could play behind Zlatan. IMO he'd be the best fit

But we're not getting him without CL football, and we aren't getting CL football

It's not one bad game, if you've watched any of our games this season, it's very clear to see that we have issues with putting the ball into the back of the net.

Our striker has 26 goals.

We could buy Suarez and have him score 26 goals instead of Zlatan. A new striker isn't the solution to our problems.

Our midfielders need to be scoring more. Buying a new striker won't change that.
