It feels really good to not care about anything that ever happens with a women. Real indifference towards sex, relationships, and even companionship feels really good. I can be me and not give a fuck if it's good enough for anybody. In the end we're all doing the best we can with what we've got.

I don't worry about what other people are doing. We have to be responsible for our own lives. Our own happiness. My ultimate goal was to be happy and content no matter which way my life goes but also to be ambitious to go for the things I truly want.

Happiness/content and ambition can go hand in hand. It just means I don't need for everything to go my way. But I still feel that freedom to go for what I want and to enjoy/embrace my life exactly as it is. So I never need anything but the things that keep me alive.

Sometimes we have to fight for that freedom. We have to take care of ourselves and take responsibility to make that happen. If we want more we have to do the things necessary to achieve them. It's like a video game. You don't get to the next level just because you exist. You have to do what's necessary to get to the next level.

Once you get past the truth it sets you free. No more bs will ever be in your way again. Power, being an alpha fuck, having shit tons of money are not important. It's the freedom of doing the things you enjoy. Without having to worry about bs. That is the life I think one is capable of having once he goes his own way.
