    SpotMini is a new smaller version of the Spot robot, weighing 55 lbs dripping wet (65 lbs if you include its arm.) SpotMini is all-electric (no hydraulics) and runs for about 90 minutes on a charge, depending on what it is doing. SpotMini is one of the quietest robots we have ever built. It has a variety of sensors, including depth cameras, a solid state gyro (IMU) and proprioception sensors in the limbs. These sensors help with navigation and mobile manipulation.     No, im pretty sure it legit slipped on the banana peel. I cant blame it though. If it actually had proper feet that's larger than the banna people there no way it would have slipped. But its feets are just stubs. And the banana peel is on a very smooth floor. And it was also doing a sharp turn.

    This is amazing. The size , limb articulation and low noise levels achieved are brilliant These are the future for aged care of people in their own homes. I see them mainstream for this application around 2025. No mistakes (apart from bad programming) and available 24/7 as they could recharge briefly when dormant if even for a few minutes They will be affordable in the developed world and i see no limits to their ability to monitor and provide for your daily needs as a less than mobile aged person in their own home or care facility.
