Accusing people who you disagree with of being DINOs/covert Republicans is nothing new in liberal circles.

Godwin's Law is the idea that once you bring up Hitler or Nazis in an argument, you've lost the argument. I'm picturing a world where instead of people accusing each-other of being Hitler or Nazis they accuse each-other of being Republican.

I don't think people should compare Republicans to Nazis. Republicans do/will deserve their place in history along with other evil authoritarians. Unfortunately, we are in the midst of them earning that place in history.

I'm not sure if Trump will earn a spot in history alongside Hitler or Stalin, but Trump earning a spot in history alongside Richard Nixon doesn't seem too farfetched.
