So, my father surprised my brother and I with tickets to the upcoming game we have against Southampton, accompanied with our trip to Europe (we're from the US). Today, I realized the game got moved due to both the UEL match we have against Rostov and the FA Cup match we have against Chelsea. We're trying to work on getting the money back, but is there any way the club could give us the tickets back for the reschedule or any other fixture? I know it seems a bit much of an ask, but we're kinda scrambling here. Anything will help, cheers.
