I don't think so. Likely just a reflection. Did the measurements, and the "number" you see is only 1.27mm. I would like to see you find a stamp that small. Even a laser couldn't do that in most applications.

I keep thinking the pearl looks like it's been molded out of something, maybe clay. I zoomed in to see if there's any fingerprints visible and the "8"caught my eye. I can't see this coming out of an "anal gland" without leaving a monstrous hole that would need to be packed with gauze. And no blood anywhere?

Definitely not a fecalith. I've seen a bunch of them in old people, and you're right, they look literally nothing like a soft, yellow and white fat-log that's filled. Fecaliths are hard as hell.

As I wrote in the original post this pic showed up in, it is likely a cast of a blocked anal crypt, that OP probably had all his life. Humans do have anal glands and if you look at the picture on the wiki page, it somewhat looks like what you'd get if you did have a blockage. Also, OP said it smelled like a tonsil stone, so obviously not exposed to fecal bacteria at all, or it would have stunk like shit.

Maybe a reflection of the hemorrhoid cream bottle in the chili picture? It is definitely fake though. I wanted it to be real so bad I didn't even question it until OP spotted the numbers in it. Now that I look back I can't believe I fell for it. Just look at the chili picture again. If he wouldn't have made it so messy it would have looked more realistic. Do you guys agree?

I didn't question it originally but I went back and read the post again. Seems odd that he would cut it open before taking it to the doctor. You'd think he wouldn't want to mess w it. You'd also think you could see that red color from the outside. When he cuts it, the wall doesn't look that thick. And then no more pics bc his gf is staying w a friend. Wouldn't she want to stay w him and take care of him? And I get not having insurance. I live in the US and not everyone has money to be insured. But bloody poops for two years. And then pulling that out? I would have gone straight to the ER. I hope I'm wrong. I want this to be true too. Keep waiting for updates.

What made me a little suspicious was that half of this adventure was his girlfriends idea, and she went from being readily involved to staying with a friend and needing space. Seems like quite a leap of escalation, but I chalked it up to things left out of the explanation, such as there was already a lot of fighting, etc. But this makes more sense now.

In the update post he says he cut it open because it had begun to turn blue and didn't want to wait too long. He says he saved the contents to take to a doctor. In the update pics you can see the sac is turning blue.

He also said his girlfriend literally reached into his ass to get it out. I love my husband dearly, but I would stay with my mom for a few weeks of I had to do that.

I'm remaining realistically optimistic in this. Hopefully it's real, so we can get an update. But there is a chance it's not.
