My goal for this year, my first serious year of cycling, is to bike 3,000 miles. Next, I want to complete a 30 mile day hike in the Appalachians. Then, I want to learn to cook a three course French meal and bake some multigrain bread. And finally (maybe the hardest), is to cut my coffee consumption down.
