I own and rent out four apartments in a building I bought to have some office spaces for my operations in the area(run a small business spread around the state). Right now four young women live there.

I like to cut the hot water during their morning shower and listen to their screams. It's so fucking hilarious, I love it.

Today two outraged little missies came to lodge their complaint from earlier this morning. I simply said the likely cause was that everyone was showering at the same time and had depleted the hot water boiler etc.

Naturally now I expect them to turn on each other, which will be a good source of entertainment while I'm in the area.
