I own and rent out four apartment in a building I bought to have some office spaces for my operations in the area(run a small business spread around the state). Right now there lives four young women there.

I like to cut the hot water during their morning shower and listen to their screams. It's so fucking hilarious, I love it.

Today two outraged little missies came to lodge their complaint from earlier this morning. I simply said the likely cause was that everyone was showering at the same time and had depleted the how water boiler etc.
