Stopping going out (self.MGTOW)

Have sleep walked into a pattern of going out every weekend drinking. It's really starting to drain me physically, financially and mentally. I sometimes think in the back of my head I think I might meet an NAWALT or some crap.

Has anyone had this habit and broke it? I've deleted all my mates numbers so contacting them is harder. Any other ideas?

Careful before you blow all your hard earned money. If you want to get wasted just don't do it looking for a unicorn.

Find a weekend hobby. Find several. Find a buddy to drink with instead of going out to drink. Rest. Watch tv, it'd be better watching tv as you won't be blowing cash. Go to the gym. It's hard to drink so much if you dedicate yourself to working out.
