I cannot down vote a post or a comment. The option does not appear for me. Been that way for a while. Have i been censored in some way for something? I can only vote up.

I guess people were brigading posts here so somebody decided to turn downvoting off.

There are still ways to downvote though. If I want to downvote something (has to be something egregiously stupid) I just go to the actual poster's history and downvote it from there.
