Tucker Carlson @ Fox News destroys Trans argument
(15 Posts)Oh I know he's right wing and it's Fox News but it's hilarious

Mercy when I saw it my jaw dropped to the floor!
Ha, i was thinking of posting this somehere - saw it earlier.
I love this and then hate myself because it's Fox News 😂
He had Kara Dansky from Women's Liberation Front on recently, and basically made her arguments to this guy (in the clip). I feel more comfortable loving this clip (which I do) if I can credit Dansky with destroying the trans ideology, instead of that tool Carlson.
Chance Ohhh thanks, you've eased my conscience enormously!
Pains me to say it but that was brilliant.
It is Fox. I shouldn't agree with him. I really, really shouldn't. But I do.
I guess the enemy of your enemy is your friend.
Thanks for posting OP
Fuck off Gunny and try posting something constructive
I read Gunny's post as recognising that we are all lined up with people we wouldn't usually want to be seen with on this issue. An evangelical Christian acquaintance who usual posts stuff I hate against gay marriage is currently posting gender critical stuff. My usual allies are all attacking him. I'm struggling to defend him because of his history of offensiveness, but this time he is right. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. This time. For a little while, on this one issue.
Actually I couldn't get more than halfway through the video because the host annoyed me so much with his abrasive rude style. He may have ended up making a good argument, but lost me before he got there.

Oh fgs it was just a comment on the absurd situation we sometimes find ourselves in on single issues. A few years ago Anne Widdecombe was temporarily a hero of mine for protesting about the export of live calves for veal. She still speaks out on animal welfare issues, I doubt there is much else we agree on.
Perhaps we should stop seeing people as enemies and allies. That seems to be a large part of current political problems.
