About this project
Good Day and thank you for taking the time to review and contribute to this project!
Let me begin by saying I am a recently retired veteran. My position in the military was a recruiter for a long 11 years. Prior to that position I was a Aircraft Mechanic. I can say I served proudly for 24 years and really enjoyed serving my country.
Here's where you come in. I have found a ninch in the app market for an app to assist employers and people finding jobs. This will hold all parties within a HR department accountable on filling vacant positions within a real-time hiring process. Simple terms, it will help the employer track who and when they have people apply to fill the vacant position.
The second part of the App is for the person looking for employment. It will give greater probabilities to find successful employment and save time applying for a job! What kinda of time? Lets say A LOT. To find out more I will need your assistance/contribution to my project.
Just to let you know where we are at currently with this project:
I am working with a real App Design Company right here in the USA on this project. They have a good history in the app development world and have released some top apps both in Apple App Store and Google Play.
Non-Disclosure agreements have been completed. However, I will need some of your help on the designing, testing, and funding prior to roll out of the App.
This is the real deal and I will be calling on my contributors for input so you can see your contributions working. Oh and I have some really cool Stickers, Hoodies, and T shirts, by the way, all Alaskan made from Alaska too!
Let's do this!
Risks and challenges
Its an App, I wish I had a crystal ball, however I can tell you this will be out on the app stores. My development team is ready to go and feel this will be extremely useful in the Smartphone and desktop world.
The Risk? Its better to look at what we are missing and how this app will be helping, heck you might need to use it one day.
