How do you go full Red Pill? (self.MGTOW)

I know it sounds like a silly question, but please bear with me. I'm new to the MGTOW concept. Been reading some material and watching some videos about it, and it's opened my eyes to reality, but still I often find myself being drawn to women like a weak "blue-piller" or "mangina". I'm a university student and keeping busy with hobbies, volunteering and my career, but in my downtime being surrounded by women I can't escape this feeling. Is there something missing that I should know or I should be doing? How do you "Red Pill"? Any advice would be appreciated.

If you've got a choice about it, don't take the Red Pill. I can't speak for the majority, but I was happier before I thought about these things in detail.

The TL;DR of the Red Pill without all the anguish is just talk to women normally, but be cocky and funny and don't apologize for yourself. Don't believe things that are obviously bullshit and against common sense -- things which are often said by women or someone looking to apologize for a woman's bad behavior.

Oh, and lift. And there you go, back to /r/funny. I'm not kidding. I'd welcome you here, but I wouldn't wish it on you.
