Now I asked him about whether he still thinks China is a currency manipulator. He suggested that he still does think that.>> I think they're grand champions at manipulation of currency.>> But he's not ready to declare them in violation of manipulating their currency. The President stressed time and again that he just got there.

He's only been in office a month. He can't solve everything all at once, but that he is starting to tackle some of these big picture items that face him. Tax reform, health care, China, Russia, all of these are huge priorities for him. He just realizes it's gonna take a little time.
