Rockstar took the objectively superior tangible driving mechanic of Grand Theft Auto IV that forced real skill when racing having to know when to break and turn without spinning out dumbing that down for a casual audience with this streamlined you can drive anything like a pro physics system and catch up mechanic similar to how 2K Games, Activision, Bethesda softworks, Capcom, EA, Hello Games, Irrational games, Microsoft, Nintendo and Ubisoft did the same!
