A beautiful young con artist approaches the victim in a bar. After the two talk for a while, the woman suggests they head back to her place. Just as they are undressing, the woman's husband, also a con artist, bursts in and catches the man with his wife.
He threatens the man with violence unless he pays up.
Variations
The variations of this scam depend on the age and look of the con artists.
If the woman is young, she pretends to be the other con artist's underage daughter.
If the male con artist is weak, he may pretend to be a preacher. He threatens the man with damnation for sleeping with his wife unless he makes a donation to his church.
If the male con artist is weak, he may threaten the man and kick him out. In the confusion, the female con artist steals his wallet.
The scam can be more certain to work if the victim is a closeted homosexual, paedophile or sexual fetishist.
