SHIPPING
If you have ordered and have a paypal account, login to check the shipping status on your order. If your status says “delivered”, but you still have not seen the package; goto your local post office as occasionally packages will be kept there if delivery fails. Products are PROCESSED & SHIPPED within 1-2 business days via USPS after receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: All packages are shipped via USPS, and the status can be obtained via your paypal account. We do not provide tracking numbers.

PLEASE NOTE: For International Customers Shoe Shields, LLC will continue to ship your order for the standard rate. However, should special circumstances arise, you will be notified prior to shipping your order

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments are sent via commercial ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-7 working days after order processing. International Orders may take longer

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shoe Shields, LLC. offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and  we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping to Shoe Shields, LLC.) Simply follow the instructions below:

Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.

Products eligible for return must be new, unaltered (with no clipped or cut edges) and contain all original product packaging. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

Contact Shoe Shields, LLC. (Returns) for a Return Materials Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization number or RMA Number. Indicate your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Submit a Support Ticket

Write your Return Materials Authorization number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.

Returns must be shipped prepaid directly to Shoe Shields, LLC. If the return or exchange is due to a Shoe Shields, LLC. error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Shoe Shields, LLC. Customer Support for Return Materials Authorization and instructions.

Returns are not allowed in exchange for inclusion of a promotional offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every effort to replace your item quickly and with ease. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Box-Fresh LLC within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Box-Fresh LLC will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
