Our work on gun violence - which is not just limited to our highly esteemed crowd sourced mass shooting tracker (created by *cough* /u/BillySpeed) - has been cited by

2015: CBS Evening News, The Economist, Esquire, Fareed Zakaria on CNN, Washington Post, LA Times, The Guardian, MSNBC, NY Daily News (front page!), The Independent, etc etc etc

2014 and earlier

Bottom line? Gun owners have shot 4.5 million Americans in 45 years and managed to kill 1.34 million of them. While some might call that a tragedy, the NRA would call it a good start! There are 300,000,000 guns in the USA, but we need more! In 2012, 130,437 people were shot. In 2013, 132,885.*

CRACK NUTS THE EASY WAY!®

Destroy NRA talking points - like the discredited NRA definition of assault rifle, calling guns "tools" (false equivalencies), "Suicides: I don't care that gun owner kills themselves more," "Guns don't kill people" and more!

Gabour showing his rifle to r/guns.

According to gun owners on reddit, blacks/latinos don't count when shot, so we only include them for, like, science and stuff. ©

"you bumpkins, need to realize 1776 was a long time ago, with entirely different threats that are irrelevant today, and that you are doing yourselves more harm than good"

How are the threats any different than before? We still have the risk of being invaded, and we still have the risk of the government becoming tyrannical (which arguably could be the main reason for putting the second amendment in)

you don't actually think your little penis replacements would slow down any actual army, do you?

5% of American gun owners would create an Army twice as big as the Chinese PLA.
After our military's recent experiences against guerillas in the Middle East and SE Asia, yeah, I'm thinking the gun owners would do pretty good against an actual army. Especial considering how much more technologically sophisticated Americans are. There would be no need to rummage through garbage dumps to collect the wire and copper pots for bombs. You can buy all that shit at Wal-Mart.
