Is your house clean? Is your dishes done? Do you cook your own meals? Any projects you been wanting to do? Do your friends have any you can help with. Have a dog? Take it for a walk. Go to gym. Wash your car. Go to batting cages, gun range, driving range. Avoid porn, alcohol and probably romantic music, movies. They will make you miss pussy and wipe out any progress you make. Your body will give you energy you just have to tell your brain to fuck off. Once, you start accomplishing shit you will gain confidence, willpower, mental fortitude.

Try meditating and find out why you feel like you needed her acceptance.

Maybe once you identify the underlying issue, you can constructively and intentionally reverse or mitigate the problem. Or at least identify the problem when it resurfaces from time to time and try tackling it in a productive manner where you focus your mind on something else.

To be completely honest, there is no one trick to stop the feeling what you feel. You'll have to grow as an individual in order to overcome that feeling.

I struggle with it. But I'm the type to get angry/motivated, and that motivation/anger will usually lead me into a completely different train of thought. I'll usually end up working out. That usually helps me out cause it releases endorphins which makes me feel good. After that It'll be the farthest thing from my mind. But each person is different, something else may help you out vs me.
