This one upsets me because I know it was started very young. I think this one has had a lot of $$$$ put into it and has been trannified from birth or even in utero, who the heck knows. I grew up with an Ariel who definitely had a jew nose and masculine features. Her BFF in school was also very masculine.

It will do the same to other trannies. On one level, these are evil monstrosities but, on another, they are start off as victims of abuse. It's a tragic cycle. It's really sad when you think about it.
