And here's what Pleurocarp said to me when I suggested banning someone who sent me dick pictures:

"Why? If you've ever been on the internet then you're probably aware there are creeps out there that could be looking at anything you post, anywhere, ever. Teaching Internet 101 isn't our job. If you're on the internet, you should have a basic understanding of how it works."

When they refused to take action against the same person, I asked simply "Is your entire mod team male?" to get a better sense of who I was talking to.

This was the insane response to that 6-word question:

"You're implying that male moderators would do a less capable job? What a shitty and sexist thing to say. Is this how you treat all mod teams? An apology for your sexist and gross behavior would be nice. "
