Looks like an old Chrysler. They were like mobile recliners back in the day.

That doesn't mean it has a filter. This looks like a standard film photograph, probably on a film like Superia which has very vibrant warm tones.

I post my film photos on Instagram and don't use a filter and tons of other people do the same. No evidence to suggest it's been filtered.
