This is the subreddit of the 2017 March for Education at Washington, DC. Being a teacher or a student is not necessary to participate! All you need is an appreciation for education and a desire to communicate to our elected officials the importance of a quality education to Americans.
The march is tentatively planned for May 6th, 2017!
Posting Guidelines
Submissions should pertain to the current status and direction of education policy in the United States.
Be polite to your fellow educators, students, and education advocates. Abide by common reddiquette, and do not post personal information.
Posts will undoubtedly be political, but please try to keep the tone nonpartisan.
