How can there be such a difference? This is a genuine question because I dont really get how there can be such a difference in professional football club. During LVG years it felt like everybody were injured like all the time. Now even Phil Jones been able to play many consecutive games (know he's injured right now tho but the only one).

Are some club doctors much better than others? Then why doesn't every club have the same approach?

Another example is Arsenal, their doctors obviously sucks. Wilshere were injured for like 5 years (like every other Arsenal player) but at Bournemouth he's able to play every game.

I know variabels like many games and luck is important but still Barca and Chelsea can play with same XL every game.

I guess Mourinho got great doctors. But then how could an experianced manager like LVG have a sucky staff?

Anyway this baffles me.
