So she was suggested by Trump, had the embarrassing hearing (beware of the grizzlies) and then was evaluated by another group within the senate incl. Al Franken and then what? She passed? I listened to Al Frankens speach about her.

Today I read about her first day at work so I'm confused as how this process works.
