This is a serious question, I don't mean to be a dick. I drive my an area with many drug addicts and many of them have some face deformities similar to her.

Well, it is obvious she has always had a, shall we say, pronounced bone structure, but the haggard look I think comes from the beating she is getting a daily basis being Trump's main executive liar.
