That thread is a headache to read. Can't even describe it. You have a lot of people who are very angry and anyone not in 100% agreement with them is immediately the enemy. This is why the cripple stopped caring about 8chan in a nutshell.

 

This time the thread was started by and mostly posted in by Vordrak. Josh/Kiwi cow threads are getting less and less active and the saltiest comments are usually from frequent posters in them, and this recent spate of activity is all by people who've never posted in the thread before because Vordrak thinks changing proxy after every post will make him look natural (it doesn't).



Arrows are Vordrak, the crossed-out one is an actual /cow/boy. Question mark is maybe Vordrak but I'm slightly less confident. I guess we're suppoesd to think there's an entire army of /cow/boys who'll just casually pop into the thread once to say "Hey josh is a paedophile and Vordrak is bringing luljulay" and then move on.

After this cap it's nothing but cummies and shitposts from garbage kiwis who showed up after I started capping it here, and "Hi Josh" would probs actually be warranted for once.

URGENT I am planning to sue Kiwi Farms' host Frantech. The owner Franciso Dias has a nice big house. Imagine if it was, ooh, say sold to pay me some absurd amount of damages. I can actually sue him in the UK courts as Frantech is in Canada which enforces UK libel judgements.

I plan to have a law firm do the initial letter to him, then I will go after his company and belongings representing myself. I have an offer of a retainer to send a cease and desist letter to Frantech to try and make them drop Kiwi Farms. I will be willing to put my own money in for the C&D letter, once the total has reached only £500 UK. Any surplus on the £888 will be used to fund court issue fees or some other anti-Kiwi action such as background checks on individuals or Private Investigators / Photographers. Court issue fees in the UK is basically 5% of the amount claimed, so about £500 for a £10K claim, £1000 for a £20,000 claim and so on.

Careful Vordrak, you're perilously close to outright lying when you claim your GFM is "for anti-discrimination legal action against a third party" and not a fund for a personal libel case. We'd hate to see you get in trouble with the Bar for soliciting funds by deception.

Speaking of which, the Solicitors Regulation Authority asked us to alert them if Sam ever claims to be a lawyer (because he isn't one). If anyone can sweet talk Tommy Tooter into giving us a screencap of that email reply where Sam claims he's a lawyer it'd be a good one for the files.

 

Yeah, he carefully selected his marks for that letter. They're all too stupid to realise that 1) he can't represent anyone else as legal counsel because he's not qualified to do so; and 2) he's trying to fund a personal action with their money.

If the C&D doesn't work, he's just going to file another small claims action and hope for a default judgement.
