Red Pill observances at the gym (self.MGTOW)

I've swallowed the red pill about a year back, and now I have been trying to improve myself by working out, meeting new people etc.. But one thing I find extremely hard to ignore while working at the gym is the utter narcissism women display everywhere, INCLUDING the gym. Everywhere you look, the women using the machines are either showing off their body for chad, wearing sexually provocative clothing, or on their phones because they're so self-absorbed. Just yesterday while exercising, working hard on the elliptical, some lady was taking selfies, on tinder etc. By the time I was done, she still hadn't even got on the elliptical. If you take a look around you in any pubic place, observe how women are on their phones, most likely checking up on their social merit and competing for social acceptance brownie points...

Lets be honest here. There are plenty of narcissistic men in this world too, and you will find a higher than average amount at the gym. Many of them red pill PUA dudes who are there more to show off their bodies to the sheilas than to focus on themselves. I don't workout as much as I used to, or as much as I should but I have everything i need to work out at home.

I do not care for the PUA atmosphere of most gyms and if I was to ever join one again it would be a serious gym like the one my dad took me to when I was young. They were professionals (bodybuilders) there and only one female in the whole place. And she was not there looking for dates, she was there to train.

As to your point about women being self absorbed, AWALT.
