I've recently applied to CS program at a university but 'm getting cold feet about it.. I excelled at math in high school and my main hobbies are video games, cars and, computers. Even though I've dabbled in some languages before (nothing serious) and am fairly familiar with computers as well as the hardware I still feel like I'm walking into a forest blindfolded.. another reason CS appeals to me is because I have a job opportunity from a family member to a fairly reputable company and the money tends to be good. How did you figure out if CS was for you before you pursued it and is it normal to get cold feet about something like this?
Sorry if this is unrelated, I figured there has to be some IT guys from here.
Thanks
