I'm reading the sidebar, and will continue to do so, but it's a lot of information and it can be difficult to apply all of it to my life. If you could summarize TRP in 5 bullet points, what would they be?

And tbh i came to this place look for help on getting girls but now to me this place is pretty much a guide on how to improve your self and be the best man you can be. A guide on how to get girls is now the last thing i think of it being.

Don't improve yourself to get women, improve yourself to find happiness within you. nothings more satisfying than success.
