Who do we think will be leaving the squad this summer?
I can personally see;

  • Darmian
  • Smalling
  • Bastian
  • Wilson

Departing the club. The likelihood is we'll be looking to sign another forward as well so who's on the kill list?

Why on earth would Smalling be leaving this summer?

One of our CB's will potentially leave, he just makes the most sense in my mind. We currently have;

Bailly
Rojo
Jones
Blind
Smalling
Tuanzebe

As CB's in/ around our first team, I'd argue that Bailly, Rojo and Jones are ahead of him in the pecking order, and whilst he was arguably our best CB last year he hasn't been that great this year from what I've seen. An argument can be made that he looked good because of the amount of possession we had, but for me he's now not quite composed enough to be playing week in week out.

wtf no smalling is not leaving Wilson perhaps, depending on if we reinforce the striking department Bastian will go imo Darmain yes
