I rarely log onto Twitter so I'm not a follower of @RoguePOTUSStaff. Today I went to see if they have new tweets and it says you have to be a confirmed follower to see their tweets. This wasn't the case earlier today. I'm not sure if this is really the account of real WH staff, but this change seems strange
