I have tried to find information on line (tried again just now) as to why exactly women have always received not just lesser sentences for horrific crimes and crimes of all kinds, but are hardly even arrested or even convicted in the first place. Yes I know it's because women are this and that but what I'm looking for is an official legal guideline stating this - there must be something written into law somewhere (?) Because as the video states, it's been like this forever.

In fact I recently heard that 70% of women who murder their children (not abortion, murder their children well after their born) never go to prison and the percentage is somewhere around the same for women who murder adults, especially men. Seems as long as they admit to murdering them, they're AOK- if they lie, then they run the risk of going to prison. Which is just bizarre and apparently an entirely separate legal system. Minority women also seem to go to prison more than white women. White women it appears are virtually above the law. I just want a link to some official government/legal document or written something that explains why this is- what the theory behind it is and can't find it.

Is it because women are just assumed to be retarded toddlers mentally so prison wouldn't do anything anyway? Because women are incapable of accountability and learning from their mistakes and have no conscious, that prison is just a waste of time? Or is it because women's very operating system is deceit, manipulation, violence and any and all things vile to get ahead anyway because they produce nothing?
