I've been noticing more post tending towards sarcasm and name calling. While I personally find it entertaining, in the spirit of Michelle Obama's speech referenced by the post title, my 2 cents is that we should try to stay above the fray.

We tried going high already. We tried to be the nice guys, but the Trumpfucks, despite getting their way with the election, continued to be total assholes.

So fuck it, time to hit back. Fight their little lighters with flamethrowers. That's the beauty of engaging in a debate/flamewar with intellectually inferior people. They can't measure up.

Yeah that got put on the backburner sometime in the wee hours of November 9. Also, Michelle Obama isn't a politician, so I see it more as a family principle than a political one. Great sentiment, liked it, liked her speech, but it's fight time right now.
