I think he should be moved on if possible. He's been a great player for us no doubt, but he just isn't effective enough anymore. Even off the bench he struggles to make an impact, aside from his great goal against Stoke. It used to be that he'd look as if he knew exactly what to do with the ball even before it came to him, but today neither his mind nor his body works quick enough. Fantastic servant to the club, but at this stage I really think we need more in the squad than a player living off status and nostalgia.
